PSELab freeware
"PSE Lab" (http://pselab.ru/en) is a freeware application. It is useful to estimate power spectrum and time frequency distribution of signals. To estimate power spectrum the application uses periodogram, least squares Prony, Burg, covariance, MUSIC, and some other methods. Most these methods are described in the book "Digital Spectral Analysis with Applications" by S. L. Marple. To estimate time frequency distribution the application uses short Time Fourier transform, pseudo-Wigner-Ville transform, least squares Prony, Burg, covariance, MUSIC and some other methods.
